Victoria Malone, Veterinary Assistant
Vickky grew up in Edmonton, Alberta as a lover of animals of all kinds, as well as a passionate horseback rider. In 2011 she took all of her pets with her across the country to live in St. John’s, Newfoundland , then a few years later, she took them all back out west (plus one new furry addition) when she moved to Quesnel in the spring of 2017. After spending several years working as a pharmacy assistant, upon moving to Quesnel she decided it was time for a change and made the transition from human health care to the world of animal health care because well, animals are better than people, right? Vickky became a member of our team in October 2017. She is a proud mom of 2 cats named Kitter and Cubey, 2 dogs named Shasi and Estrella, and snake named Mojo. She likes to spend her off time adventuring new things with her fur babies and horse back riding, and no she doesn't have a horse yet, but she is waiting, as patiently as she can, for that right one to come around. She is excelling at the clinic and always brings her love for animals and sense of humor to work everyday.
